Suga from BTS announced the schedule for his inaugural solo world tour. As per a post on Weverse, the tour, which has not been named yet, is set to begin on April 26 at UBS Arena in Belmont Park, New York.
Subsequently, the tour will feature dates at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. (April 29), Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL (May 3, 5 & 6), the Kia Forum in Los Angeles (May 10, 11, & 14), and Oakland Arena in Oakland, CA (May 16, 17).
Following the US leg, the tour will continue to other countries, including Jakarta, Bangkok, and Singapore. There will also be a two-night performance in BTS’ home country of South Korea at Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Seoul on June 24 and 25. Additionally, there are undisclosed concerts scheduled in Japan.
Last July, J-Hope was a headliner at Lollapalooza in Chicago, and in October, Jin performed his single “The Astronaut” alongside Coldplay in Argentina. However, Suga’s tour marks the first comprehensive solo tour by a BTS member. Previously, the rapper had released two mixtapes under his solo persona, Agust D (2016) and D-2 (2020).
